Costa Caleta. Things to do to avoid boredom.
If you are thinking of coming to live in Costa Caleta, and don't have the pressures of work, or at least hope to have some spare time, there are many options for passing your time usefully or otherwise.
When I get time I will write about a few of the things that I do, as well as some of the things I don't do. One of my favourite pastimes is wandering around taking photos. I took this one recently. I had never noticed the way the light was reflected by this metal support post. It is amazing what you see if you look.
Being close to the sea means that there are a range of options available if you are lucky enough to live in Costa Caleta de Fuste. The rocks along the coast in the area offer easy access to water that is teeming with fish, and when the conditions are right, trying to catch them passes a couple of hours in a very pleasant manner.
There is such a wealth of bars in Costa Caleta and the surrounding areas that if you have a slight drink problem, it won't get any less slight if you come to live here. If you are just looking for somewhere to socialise then there will be a bar within walking distance that will be to your liking.
These bars, and of course, the hotels, offer entertainment. The quality is variable and ranges from the ubiquitous Karaoke to some accomplished singers and performers. If you live here then some of the acts can be become a bit stale, but there is always someting enjoyable going on.
